In Contract Period的意思|示意

在合同期内 Within one month before the contract expires, Party B will notify Party A if it intends to extend the lease. In this situation, two parties will discuss matters over the extension. Under the same terms Party B has the priority to lease the premises. In contract period, both Party A and Paty B cannot relief this contract without authorization, if any one party needs to cancel this contract, this party must notify another party by writing at least one month before the intended termination, and this party must pay one months rent to another party as compensation. If Party A needs cancel this contract, Party A must return surplus rent which Party A was received to Party B.
