一控制单元 a control cell, which is connected to the power converter, wherein the energy capacity and change-over switch control the power converter to adjust the DC power' output according to the need for different load charge powers, and they control the change-over time of the change-over switch to store the different DC powers in these energy storage capacity indirectly and separately to charge different loads.
