Hydraulic rail bender is a railway construction tool used for bending the rail. It is mainly used in railway laying and maintenance work, to ensure that the rail is bent to a certain angle according to the line plan.

The power transmission device is mainly composed of a power station, a power unit, a main pressure cylinder, an oil pump and an electric control system. When using the hydraulic rail bender, firstly fix the rail on the rail holder and use the jack to lift the rail to the required height. Secondly, mount the chuck onto the rail and fix it. Then start the power station, adjust the pressure to the required value and turn on the electromagnetic valve to start the hydraulic bending process. Once the desired angle of bending is achieved, the power station is turned off and the electromagnetic valve is closed. Finally, remove the chuck and complete the bending process.
