Hydraulic pressing machine is a kind of machine tool used for metal forming and pressing. It is mainly used for stamping, drawing, shearing, bending and stretching of various metal materials. It has the characteristics of simple operation, high production efficiency, wide application range and low noise.
The hydraulic pressing machine mainly consists of frame, drive system, clamp flow control system, oil cylinder assembly, forming die assembly and safety protection device. The components of the host include motor, sprocket, chain, press plate, oil gauge, oil pump, oil valve, oil tank, oil filter, etc. The forming die is mainly composed of upper die, lower die and die holder.
Hydraulic pressing machine is mainly used for hot extrusion, cold extrusion, cold rolling, cold stamping, blanking and other processes. It can be used to process metal materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum and copper. According to the operating temperature requirements, it can be divided into low temperature hydraulic pressing (less than 120 ℃) and high temperature hydraulic pressing (more than 120 ℃).
In the process of hydraulic pressing, the material is pressed and shaped by the pressure of oil cylinder. The size, shape and parameters of the press plate are determined according to the shape of the product. The material of the die is usually made of special tool steel or cemented carbide.
In operation, the material is put into the die cavity. When the oil pressure is applied, the material is pressed by the pressure of the oil cylinder to the required shape. The pressure and the speed of the cylinder are automatically adjusted according to the product and the die, so as to achieve the best forming effect.
Hydraulic pressing machine is widely used in automobile, aviation, agricultural machinery, construction machinery and other industries, and is widely used in the production of automobile parts and aerospace components. The general pressing force of the hydraulic press is more than 10000 tons, while the low-temperature hydraulic press is generally less than 150 tons.
