Green sand molding 是指以砂、硅渣、粘土等为原料，用水进行制砂，经过烘干而得到的绿色砂芯，用于铸造过程中的砂型制造过程。

4） 冷却砂型：将模具容缩冷却，使其内部形状固定。放入冰箱冷冻，使砂型达到最佳的冷却效果。
