foreign case的用法详解
foreign case是英语中指涉外的案件的法律术语，多指具有国际性的案件，它也可以用来描述与外国政府、公司或其他机构有关的争议案件。
Foreign case主要涉及国际贸易、继承纠纷、证券交易和边界争端等争议案件。其中特别涉及外国投资、企业家权利和贸易法律规定等境外个人或者企业行为的处理。
具体的案例如：金融机构与境外有关的诉讼案件，国际商事纠纷案件，外国银行或外国企业投资案件，跨境移民案件，国际继承纠纷案件、公司法律案件等。
