deponent的用法详解
Deponent 英[dɪˈpəʊnənt] 美[dɪˈpoʊnənt] is a Latin legal term referring to someone who has sworn testimony in a legal deposition. It is also used in linguistics to describe a particular type of verb form, in which the subject and object of the verb are the same.
