continuous kiln的用法详解
Continuous kiln是一种特殊的烘箱，它能持续地烘烤木材，以使木材表面释出少量的水分，使其更加柔韧。由于它具有持续的烘烤功能，因此也被称为\"持续烘箱\"。
Continuous kiln的工作原理是：首先，将木材放置在烘箱里，然后将温控仪设定到预先设定的温度，其中一般为150℃～200℃；然后，在烘箱内放入一定量的湿气烟雾，如氨气等湿气烟雾；最后，把热风机开启，使烘箱内形成稳定的热循环，把湿气烟雾带到烘箱内部，以及把烘烤后的木材和水汽带到烘箱外部。
Continuous kiln可以使木材表面形成柔韧而又均匀细腻的外观，也可以使木材的湿度降低，从而延长木材的使用寿命，使木材更加耐用。
