Cold compression是指冷压运动治疗,即把冷贴贴于受伤肢体表面,再配合特定运动来减轻伤痛、促进肌肉恢复收缩力,促进运动康复。

冷压运动治疗的基本方法如下:

1. 将冷敷(冰袋或冰敷巾)敷于受伤肢体表面,每次3~5分钟,直至受伤部位由热转为温;

2. 用温水清洗伤口,清洗之后,用海绵敷上伤口药物;

3. 然后,用冰敷保持伤口温度,每次15~20分钟;

4. 将受伤肢体挂高,使其处于舒适的位置,有助于伤口恢复;

5. 最后,进行特定的运动治疗,以恢复伤口收缩力,促进伤口康复。
