Cohabitant，指一对同居的男女，如夫妻或情侣，但没有正式登记结婚，也就是没有正式的法律关系。

在英语的书面表达中，cohabitant的用法主要有两个。

第一，它可以被用作名词，指一个任何性别的同居者或恋爱对象，例如：
