apprise的用法详解
Apprise 是一个比较少见的英文单词，它的两个主要意思是“告知”和“评估”。
一、“告知”用法
1. Apprise 是一个可数名词，指给别人某一情况或某个主题的正确、完整的信息，也可以用来指对某一情况的通知或介绍：
例句：The staff should apprise the new comers of the company's policy.（员工们应该向新来的人介绍公司的政策。）
2. Apprise 也可以作为及物动词，用于表达“通知，告知”等意思：
例句：The manager apprised us of the new development.（经理向我们通报了最新的发展情况。）
二、“评估”用法
1. Apprise 也可以作为不及物动词，用于表达“评估，评价”等意思：
例句：It is important to apprise the performance of the staff on a regular basis.（定期评估员工的表现是很重要的。）
2. Apprise 后面也可以跟宾语从句，表达“评估某件事的情况”的意思：
