Agreement hereof的意思|示意

The invalidity of any provision or clause of this Agreement shall not affect the validity of any other provision or clause hereof.

本协议任何规定或条款的无效都不会影响协议中其它规定或条款的效力。

The signing parties hereby accept such selected jurisdiction as the exclusive venue. The duration of the Agreement shall perpetuate for five (5) years from the date hereof.
